Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)

- The conference is held from October 29 to October 31, 2026 at Ara Convention Hall, Jeju. That period is the service period.
Article 3 (Payment)

Article 4 (Cancellation and refunds)
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separately published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 5 (Registrant obligations)
- You must provide accurate information. You bear any disadvantage arising from information that proves to be false.
- If you register at a discounted rate (Student or Military), you must provide the supporting document the Society requests. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, the difference from the Regular rate becomes payable.
Article 6 (Limitation of liability)
The Society is not liable where it cannot deliver the service because of a natural disaster, an epidemic, or any other cause beyond its control. Refunds in that situation are governed by Article 4 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute is to be resolved by agreement between the parties in the first instance; failing that, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Society's secretariat has jurisdiction.
